1. Who we are

VisaReady PH is a service of Oneeva Travel Corporation, a travel agency registered in the Philippines, with registered address at Unit 1101 Antel Global Corporate Center, No. 3 Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1600. These Terms govern your use of www.iamvisaready.com and our services; by creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the portal you agree to them.

2. What we do — and what we don't

VisaReady provides visa document preparation and readiness services: document checks, checklists, readiness assessments, and (depending on your plan) human specialist review, support documents, and appointment assistance.

VisaReady prepares and reviews applications; visa decisions rest solely with embassies and consulates. VisaReady PH is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or visa application center.

We never guarantee visa approval, and no employee or output of ours may be read as promising one. Embassy requirements may change without notice. Requirements vary by applicant profile and embassy/visa center.

3. Accounts and portal access

Services are delivered through a secure client portal. You sign in with a one-time email code or a password you set; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and email account secure. Accounts are personal — each applicant (including each member of a family or group booking) has their own account and case.

4. Fees and payment

Plan prices are shown before checkout and may vary by destination. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. For clients served at our office, payment may also be made in person (cash, card, bank transfer, or e-wallet) and is recorded against your case.

• Prices are VisaReady PH service fees only unless otherwise stated.
• Embassy visa fees, visa center fees, courier fees, travel insurance, translation, notarization, hotel booking costs, airline reservation charges, and other third-party charges are not included unless clearly stated.
• Each plan covers one applicant, one Schengen tourist visa application and one intended trip.
• Appointment assistance is subject to visa center slot availability.
• VisaReady prepares and reviews applications; visa decisions rest solely with embassies and consulates.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Because our work begins as soon as your case opens, fees for services already performed (including completed document scans, reviews, or drafted deliverables) are non-refundable. If you cancel before we have started work on your case, contact us at contact@iamvisaready.comand we will review your request in good faith. Third-party charges (embassy fees, visa center fees, bookings) are governed by those third parties' own rules.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, complete, and yours to share — including authorization to share documents belonging to family members, sponsors, or companions. We do not produce or accept fictitious documents of any kind. Hotel and flight reservations we arrange are genuine, verifiable bookings. We never produce fictitious documents.

7. AI assistance and human review

We use AI tools to help check and draft documents. Every client-facing output is reviewed and approved by a human VisaReady specialist before it reaches you, and AI never makes decisions about your application.

8. Appointment assistance

Appointment assistance is subject to slot availability controlled by the visa application center; we cannot guarantee specific dates.

9. Intellectual property

The portal, checklists, templates, and report formats are our intellectual property. Deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your visa application.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the service fees you paid us for the affected case. We are not liable for embassy or consulate decisions, delays, or requirement changes, nor for indirect or consequential losses such as travel costs.

11. Data privacy

We process your personal information under our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You accept the detailed privacy notice and consents inside the portal before we collect any case information.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the proper courts of Pasig City.
