VisaReady Concierge (₱9,990) adds a dedicated specialist who monitors your preparation, follows up on what is outstanding, and gives you priority handling, two consultation calls and appointment booking, over a 45-day service period.

Yes. It's a two-minute questionnaire — no documents, no payment, no obligation. It gives you a preliminary Document Readiness Score based only on your answers, plus the VisaReady service that matches your stage. A proper document review begins only after you choose a plan and upload documents through the secure portal.

Online through a licensed payment gateway — card, e-wallet, or over-the-counter. You pay on the gateway's secure page, so VisaReady never sees or stores your card or bank details. Your plan unlocks automatically once the payment is confirmed. VisaReady service fees don't include embassy or visa center fees unless clearly stated.

A recheck is a complete re-examination of your file after you correct or add documents. Review includes one, Complete up to two, and Concierge up to three. If you need another, you can buy an additional recheck or upgrade your plan — your case, answers, documents and history all carry over.
