Do you guarantee visa approval?
No — and please be careful with anyone who does. VisaReady prepares and reviews applications; visa decisions rest solely with embassies and consulates. What we do is make sure your file is complete, consistent, and organized before you lodge, so you walk in ready.
Are you affiliated with any embassy or visa center?
VisaReady PH is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or visa application center. We are an independent document preparation and readiness service.
Is AI deciding my visa application?
No. We use AI tools to help check and draft documents. Every output is reviewed and approved by our human specialists before it reaches you. AI never makes decisions about your application. And of course, the visa decision itself is made only by the embassy or consulate.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Documents are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage, accessed only by staff assigned to your case, with every access logged. Downloads use fresh, expiring secure links. See our Security & Privacy page for the full picture.
Can I email my documents instead?
We politely decline emailed documents — for your protection. We do not use ordinary email attachments for visa document intake. If you email a document, we'll delete the attachment and ask you to upload it in the portal.
What happens after I upload my documents?
Our team confirms everything is readable, AI assistance organizes and cross-checks your file, and a human reviewer verifies every finding. You then receive your report — or your prepared support documents — in the portal.
What if my documents are incomplete?
That's exactly what the service is for. You'll get a specific, plain-language list of what's missing or needs fixing, with instructions. One re-check round after your corrections is included.
Can you book my visa appointment?
With our appointment assistance service, yes — we assist with booking through official channels, using your authorization. Appointment assistance is subject to slot availability controlled by the visa application center; we cannot guarantee specific dates.
Are hotel and flight reservations real?
Hotel and flight reservations we arrange are genuine, verifiable bookings. We never produce fictitious documents. Submitting a fabricated booking to an embassy is misrepresentation, and we will never do it — for your protection as much as ours.
How long do you keep my documents?
Uploaded documents are deleted 90 days after your case closes, and we email you a confirmation. Records we're legally required to keep (like invoices) are retained per Philippine law.
Can I request deletion of my files?
Yes, anytime from your portal or by emailing support with the subject “Privacy Request.” We honor deletion requests within 15 days.
What countries do you assist with?
We currently focus on Schengen, Japan, and South Korea, and accept cases for other destinations depending on profile. See the Destinations page — requirements vary by applicant profile and embassy/visa center.
Can I use VisaReady even if another agency booked my trip?
Absolutely. VisaReady is open to all Filipino travelers, whether you booked with Oneeva, another agency, or on your own.
What is the difference between the Scan, Review, and Complete plans?
VisaReady Scan (₱1,999) gives you one AI-assisted readiness scan with a basic result — no human sign-off. VisaReady Review (₱4,999) gives you three scans plus a named human reviewer who verifies and approves your assessment before release. VisaReady Complete (₱9,999) gives you five scans, human approval, prepared support documents (cover letter, itinerary, real hotel/flight reservation support), lodging instructions, and appointment assistance.
Is the basic assessment really free?
Yes. It's a short self-reported questionnaire — no documents, no payment, no obligation. It gives you a basic readiness level and suggests the plan that fits your file. A proper document review begins only after you choose a plan and upload documents through the secure portal.
How do I pay?
By credit card through Xendit, a licensed payment gateway. You pay on Xendit's secure page — VisaReady never sees or stores your card details. Your plan unlocks automatically once the payment is confirmed. VisaReady service fees don't include embassy or visa center fees unless clearly stated.
What is a scan, and what if I use them all up?
A scan is one complete AI-assisted check of your submitted form and uploaded documents. Scan includes 1, Review includes 3, and Complete includes 5. If you change documents after a scan, the next full re-check uses another scan. If you run out, you can upgrade your plan and your case, answers, and history carry over.
