Scan (1 scan), Review (3 scans + human sign-off), or Complete (5 scans + support documents and appointment assistance).

Pay securely by credit card.
Payment is processed on Xendit's secure page — VisaReady never sees your card details. Your plan unlocks once payment is confirmed.

Complete your Visa Information Form.
A guided, save-as-you-go form about your trip, work, finances, and travel history.

Upload your documents through the secure portal.
Each document goes to its checklist slot in private, encrypted storage — never email attachments.

Run your scans and receive your results.
Each scan checks your file for missing items, inconsistencies, expired documents, and checklist gaps. Fix, re-upload, and scan again within your plan allowance.

Human sign-off for Review and Complete plans.
A named VisaReady specialist verifies and approves your assessment before final release — and for Complete, prepares your support documents and appointment assistance.
