1. Who is responsible for your data

VisaReady PH (operated by Oneeva Travel Corporation), with registered address at Unit 1101 Antel Global Corporate Center, No. 3 Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1600, is the personal information controller for data collected through www.iamvisaready.com. 2. What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, mobile number.
• Visa Information Form answers — personal, passport, travel, employment, and financial details you provide for your application.
• Documents — files you (or our staff, for office-served clients) upload to your case, which may include sensitive personal information such as government IDs, civil registry documents, and financial records.
• Payment records — plan, amount, and payment reference. Card and e-wallet details are handled by licensed payment providers; we never see or store them.
• Portal activity — access and download logs kept for your security.

3. Why we process it

Solely to deliver the services you purchased: preparing, checking, and reviewing your visa application file; producing your deliverables; processing payment; communicating about your case; and meeting legal obligations. We collect your explicit consent in the portal before any case information is gathered, and we do not sell personal information or use it for third-party marketing.

4. AI assistance

We use AI tools to help check and draft documents. Every output is reviewed and approved by our human specialists before it reaches you. AI never makes decisions about your application.

5. How we protect it

Documents are uploaded through the secure VisaReady portal. Files live in private, access-controlled storage — never in ordinary email. Every download uses a fresh, expiring secure link, every access is logged, and staff see case content only on a need-to-know basis. We do not use ordinary email attachments for visa document intake.

6. Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to operate the portal, acting as personal information processors under contract: secure cloud hosting and database infrastructure, licensed payment gateways, our email delivery provider, and the AI processing service described above. We disclose personal information to authorities only when legally required. We do not submit anything to an embassy or visa center — you (or we, with your written authorization for appointment assistance) do that through official channels.

7. How long we keep it

We keep case data while your case is active and for a limited period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion of your documents once your case is closed, subject to records we must retain by law.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may access, correct, or object to the processing of your personal information; request deletion; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise any right, email contact@iamvisaready.com — we respond within the periods set by the law. Consent to follow-up contact about an inquiry can be withdrawn yourself, anytime, at /marketing-preferences.

9. Cookies

The portal uses only essential cookies — those required to keep you securely signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
